1. Website Use

2. Enquiries Are Not Final Bookings

Sending an enquiry, requesting a quotation, using WhatsApp, or submitting a website form does not by itself confirm a vehicle reservation. Availability, pricing, eligibility, documents, payment requirements and final rental terms must be confirmed by Black Ice Rent A Car.

3. Vehicle Availability and Information

Vehicle images, specifications, rates and availability shown on the website are provided for general guidance and may change. A particular vehicle, colour, specification or rate is only confirmed when stated in the final rental confirmation or rental agreement.

4. Driver Eligibility and Documents

The renter and any authorised driver must provide valid documents and satisfy the eligibility requirements communicated by Black Ice Rent A Car. Required documents may differ for UAE nationals, UAE residents and international visitors.

5. Rates, Deposits and Additional Charges

Rental rates, security deposits, mileage limits, delivery charges, fuel requirements, tolls, traffic fines, damage charges, extensions and other applicable amounts will be governed by the quotation and final rental agreement. Where website pricing differs from a confirmed quotation or signed rental agreement, the confirmed rental documents will apply.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation, amendment, extension, early return and refund terms may vary depending on the booking. The applicable conditions will be communicated during confirmation or set out in the rental agreement.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, using the vehicle lawfully and responsibly, complying with traffic rules, and following the conditions of the rental agreement.

8. Website Content and Third-Party Services

The website may link to third-party services including Google Maps, WhatsApp and social media. Black Ice Rent A Car is not responsible for the availability, content or policies of third-party platforms.

9. Intellectual Property

Website design, written content, photographs and other materials belonging to Black Ice Rent A Car may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where such use is permitted by law. Third-party brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
